Egyptian Marble - Galala Beige or Galala Cream:
Galala marble, a premier Egyptian marble variety, is available in slabs, blocks, tiles, and cut-to-size options, boasting superior quality. Its versatility makes it suitable for a myriad of applications, including marble flooring, wall tiles, stairs, window sills, fireplaces, countertops, and pavers for both interior and exterior spaces, showcasing the finest marble designs.
Regarded as the prince of Egyptian marble, Galala marble offers a cost-effective alternative to Turkish or Crema Marfil Spanish marble, boasting similar color tones at a more affordable price point.
The quarries of Galala marble are situated in the Galalah area of Swiss, Egypt, yielding various color variations such as Galala Commercial, Galala Extra, Galala Beige, Galala Cream, and more. Among these, Galala Extra stands out, albeit with differing hues depending on the quarry source, ranging from white with crystals to tiger skin patterns, Galala Flower, or mixed colors.
Galala marble exhibits the following features:
– Supports all finishes except for flaming.
– Galala White is not recommended for a tumbled finish due to high wastage; however, it is suitable for robust materials like Galala Cream.
– Epoxy resin treatment is highly preferred.
– Suitable for interior use, including walls and floors (excluding high traffic areas).
– Does not require anti-salts treatment.
